One of TPG’s most anticipated new hotels for 2024 is finally open to travelers looking for a luxury getaway in South Florida.

St. Regis Longboat Key Resort is officially open to any guest with a hotel, spa or restaurant, according to a TPG phone call to the hotel on Friday. The new resort – the only new one opening in St. Regis in the US this year – sitting on a beautiful barrier island near charming Sarasota.

Rates currently start at $616, or 88,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, per night.

The newest location in St. Regis has an 800-foot private beach, a 20,000-square-foot spa and a 475-foot-long winding river pool. There’s even a Champagne button to call for a glass of delicious fun — you live in St. Regis, after all.

With 168 accommodations available, the property has 26 suites with private floors, and all accommodations are based on a beach-chic aesthetic with white wooden floors, rain showers, freestanding bathtubs and bathrobes. Butler service – the standard of St. Regis – is also part of your stay in St. Regis Longboat Key Resort.

“I’m sure that many people when they come in [will] say ‘wow,'” Winfred van Workum, the site’s general manager, told TPG earlier this year. “But I really hope that after the first day, they’ll walk away and say, ‘This is the best service I’ve ever had.’ “
