Remember, you still have to find award availability on the KrisFlyer website. Promo prizes may not be available on select dates – even those not listed as blackout dates. When you search, you’ll see discounted rewards listed as “promo” if available.
Additionally, all flights in your itinerary must be eligible for the promotion to access the discounted price. So, if there’s a promo reward available on just one of your flights, it might be better to book two one-way flights.
Note that flights from Europe are subject to higher taxes and fees than flights leaving the US Program to spend about 125 euros (about $137) per person for one-way taxes and fees for flights to the west.

Earn miles to book this award
Earning Singapore KrisFlyer miles is easy. The program is a 1:1 transfer partner with American Express membership rewards, Capital One miles, Citi ThankYou Rewards and Chase Ultimate Rewards. KrisFlyer is also a 3:1 transfer partner with Marriott Bonvoy, with 5,000 bonus miles for every 60,000 points you transfer.
Note that it may take up to 24 hours for transferred awards to reach your KrisFlyer account. If they don’t appear immediately, consider calling KrisFlyer to hold award seats until the miles are posted. Doing so will lock in your award seats, so you won’t have to worry about availability disappearing. KrisFlyer typically charges a service fee of $25 or 2,500 miles to hold award seats.
