Simplify your photography practice with these 3 easy steps

Any golf professional will tell you that the pre-shot cycle is the main key to playing good golf.
But for some players — especially beginners — it can be difficult to determine how to best prepare to hit each shot. Fortunately, the GOLF teacher who will watch Dr. Alison Curdt has a simple plan to follow to ensure that your shooting process is easy to repeat before each shift.
“One of the ways you can slow down your performance is not having a pre-shot process,” Curdt said in a video posted on the newly launched LPGA Professionals YouTube channel.
A useful pre-shoot routine, Curdt said, includes a set of behaviors and actions that help you prepare for a particular shoot. Below are the 3 steps he recommends taking.

1. Swing Practice
“The first step after the golf ball is, let's practice,” Curdt said. This could be preparing your body to swing, loosening your muscles or feeling the movement you would like to move.
2. Choose a target
“The second step is to make sure you choose a vaccine,” Curdt said. “Stand behind the golf ball, be intentional about where you want to launch the golf ball.”
3. Prepare the mind
“The third step will be getting our minds ready to fire,” Curdt said. “This will use a deep spirit to prepare us, to be calm, not to be emotionally invested in order to beat the best.”
When you put all the steps together, the three steps flow together in a matter of seconds: swing practice, target selection and deep breathing before addressing the ball.
Then, get into the picture and swing freely!
“You're ready to sing,” said Curdt.
