Ryan Reynolds Posts Deadpool & Wolverine Cameo Tributes
[ad_1]
For a very long time, Ryan Reynolds could not say anything. He could not tell who had entered Deadpool and Wolverinee. He couldn’t tell who it was. And, if you’ve ever watched Ryan Reynolds in anything, you know that keeping his mouth shut doesn’t come naturally to him.
Now that the movie is out, Reynolds can finally talk about everyone from the movie and it’s really touching. In the past week or so, the star, writer and producer of Deadpool and Wolverine has used social media to pay tribute to actors like Wesley Snipes, Channing Tatum, Jennifer Garner, Dafne Keen, and just today, Jon Favreau, all of whom have impressive supporting roles in the film. You can read each post below and, bonus, each one comes with new photos behind the film.
Jon Favreau didn’t just walk in #DeadpoolAndWolverine for a quick one-night stand like Happy Hogan. He gave us a 360 degree vision, the inventor, the founding father of Marvel and an ace storyteller. And if I have his number right, he is uncomfortable with everything… pic.twitter.com/bdaD5n7xeS

When Dafne Keen entered #DeadpoolAndWolverine he shines his light on the great beating heart of the film. Dafne and Hugh standing next to each other is a squeamish moment. It stands on the shoulders of the film LOGAN which is a masterpiece and a giant.@slevydirect… pic.twitter.com/n9LjSUANnY

This is Jen Garner’s person. He’s a black belt in grace but inside him: an unblinking storm of vengeance™️.
I have worked with Jen twice now. He brings completely different skills to each movie but he can’t hide one detail: I don’t care how talented someone is…… pic.twitter.com/H4dMUuJXAl

Gambit boy Chan was born to play. His story is similar to mine in that he spent a decade trying to put the most accurate version of Gambit on the big screen. Remy LeBeau is grafted into his soul and he needs to come out and face it. And Gambit found its author in Chan. U… pic.twitter.com/9Hz7qbZ85S

There is no Fox Marvel Universe or MCU without Blade first creating a market. He is Marvel Daddy. Please repost like Logan. #DeadpoolAndWolverine pic.twitter.com/wGv2ixBT8G

One person who is notably absent, at least for now, is Chris Evans, who once again answers his own Fantastic Four role as Human Torch, Johnny Storm. We’re guessing it’s coming soon and, if it does, we’ll update this post.
Still, you can tell how excited Reynolds was to bring these actors back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s rewarding for the audience, sure, but it seems to have been rewarding for him as well. Not just sharing the screen with them, but giving those characters some kind of closure. Now we have to wait and see if any more come back in future projects.
Deadpool and Wolverine now it’s in the theater, as if you don’t know.
