Paul Judah helped the US men’s gymnastics team win a team all-around bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, along with his girlfriend, Reyna Gugginowas by his side on this important occasion.
Judah thanked the “love of my life” after the men’s team became the first American team to medal in the sport in 16 years.
“To have that kind of love, to have that kind of support and to have that kind of person around you who understands and comes out of gymnastics, it’s a dream come true,” said Judah. Judah and Guggino started dating after meeting at their college, the University of Michigan, where they were both gymnasts.
July 2021
Judah celebrated Guggino’s birthday with a heartfelt post on Instagram.
“There is nothing that unites me like you. You are the glue that keeps us whole,” he said in a photo of the couple hugging each other. “I love you with all my heart and I wish you nothing but the best today on your most important day. Thank you for always being more than enough for me and keeping our love forever and ever. You are my Everything. I am so grateful to be able to call you mine. I love you. Happy birthday, babe.”
Guggino responded to the comments, thanking Judah for being his “rock.”

The couple celebrated their two-year anniversary, with Guggino writing on Instagram, “Two years down and many more to go! I love you so much, thank you for everything you do for me.”
September 2023
It was Judah’s turn to sit on Guggino for their three years, reflecting on their highs and lows.
“Girl, I never thought I’d fall for someone as difficult as I fell for you.” We’ve been through the best and worst times… but we’ve been through them together,” Judah wrote on Instagram. “I find more reasons to love you every day! You bring joy, love, laughter, and pure joy to my life. I wouldn’t trade our time together for anything. You and I forever. Without you, nothing else matters.”
May 2024
Guggino announced via Instagram that he was accepted into the Masters of Movement Science program at Michigan after graduating in April, and will “return to the gym for one more year.”
Juda is studying psychology at this institution and is expected to graduate in 2025.
July 2024
Guggino went to Paris to support Judah as he competed in Paris. The Olympian credited his girlfriend and the “tough talking” she gave him for securing his spot on Team USA.
Judah told People that he had been discussing his retirement plans with Guggino after hearing that he would not make the Olympic team a month before the trials. He said to her, “I don’t think you’re going to like hearing this, but I came to one of your practices and you looked like you were quitting, and I know that’s not you.”
“He said, ‘I want you to chase your dream, you only have one chance to chase it,'” she recalled, admitting that she was “very angry with him at the time.”
In the end, he achieved his dreams and said he owes his success “all to him.”
