During SDCC 2024, DC Studios revealed a new look for its DC Elseworlds trailer with The Penguin.

Falcone has lost his power as Cobblepot—leaving Arkham after his father's death—and will rekindle his past with Oz, which Mlioti described as a “historical and dynamic relationship.”

The panel concluded with the news that Batman the next episode will film next year, and Penguin will return after the events of the show. Batman the sequel has also set a release date of October 2, 2026.

The Penguin will be released on September 19 on HBO.
