The Cincinnati Open this year celebrated its 125th anniversary. That means there were plenty of former champions for our latest ‘Test The Tour’ contestants to choose from as they tried to name the men’s singles champion from those six decades ago at the ATP Masters 1000 event.
Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Grigor Dimitrov and Felix Auger-Aliassime all sat down to try and win the pop quiz in Cincy. While the lists of titles from the 2000s onwards seemed naturally easy for the participating stars to remember, there was real uncertainty when it came to earlier times: “He’s never won?”, “Oh, wait”, and “I need a phone!” was one of the first reactions of the players.
Despite those difficulties, one ATP star rose to the top with a flawless performance in the Cincinnati question. Check out the video below to find out who it is.
