Ariana Madix he finally talks about his ex Tom Sandovalthe case against him.
Us Weekly broke the news in July that Sandoval, 41, filed a lawsuit against Madix, alleging Love Island USA lots of access to transparent videos of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss on his cell phone without his “consent or permission”. Sandoval dropped the case two days later and fired his lawyer, Matt Geragossaying that he did not intend to sue Madix, 39.
From Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen On Tuesday, August 13, Madix was asked by the host Andy Cohen whether you believe Sandoval’s version of events. Madix first shrugged his shoulders.
Cohen continued, “How did you react when you saw that? You must have been very angry.”
“It was a really bad day,” Madix replied, but made no further comment.
In the case received by Us on July 16, Sandoval said Madix “gained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed Leviss’ videos. Sandoval’s filing also alleged that Madix “made copies” of the video and then distributed it “to Leviss and third parties” without his consent.
Sandoval filed a lawsuit in response to Leviss’ lawsuit against him and Madix filed it in February. Leviss accused the exes of sexual retaliation, listening to private attacks and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Madix’s lawyer, Jordan SusmanSandoval responded in a statement Ussaying, “It is disgusting that Tom Sandoval continues to harass Ms. Madix. From being involved in an illicit love affair that destroyed his home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this ongoing attempt to avoid personal responsibility for the consequences his actions have had on him and his emotional well-being.”
The statement continued: “Tom Sandoval knows exactly what kind of rights he and Ms. Madix that they share in relation to their communication devices. If he or his wife had their way, it would be illegal for someone to find out their partner or significant other is having an affair.”
After news of the case broke, Sandoval said in a statement posted on Instagram on July 18 that he did not fully understand the impact of the case.
“On Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose counsel I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in my case with Ariana,” he wrote. “He assured me that the act was customary and strictly prohibits these types of crimes and urged me to agree.”
Sandoval continued, “The words ‘New Trial’ or ‘Indictment’ were never mentioned to me. I should have done more due diligence on this matter.”
I Vanderpump Rules Star said that after realizing “what this action means, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team.”
