We know that Robert Downey Jr. he is now Doctor Doom. But he’s also back as Iron Man, at least in the Disney Parks. At Disney’s Experiences main panel at D23 this weekend, we learned that Downey will reprise his iconic role in the newly announced Avengers Campus ride at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA. Those join two new Spider-man riders as Marvel’s newest attraction was revealed at the event.

First, Downey is back at the Stark Flight Lab, a trip that was first announced at an event to be held at the Avengers Campus in California. It will have you and a friend in the swivel chairs as part of the new experiment of Mr. Stark himself. io9 also confirmed through Disney that Downey will join the previously announced Avengers tour that we now know is called “Avengers: Infinity Defense.” Park guests will travel through time and space, visiting Wakanda, Asgard, and finally New York City in the battle against King Thanos. Construction on both rides will begin in 2025 and here is some concept art.

Those two rides will double the size of the original Avengers Campus (see that first photo above), which recently saw a resurgence thanks to the addition of Deadpool. Deadpool even made an extended appearance on the panel, putting the head of Disney Parks on several Deadpool-themed rides but that’s not going to happen.

Two Marvel adventure rides will begin crossing the Pacific. Shanghai Disneyland will get a Spider-Man roller coaster and Hong Kong Disneyland will get what appears to be a Spider-Man ride. Here are the pictures.

Check out io9 soon for more coverage of the crazy new sums revealed at D23.

Update at 12 am August 11: Disney has confirmed that Downey’s voice will be used in both rides. We made that clear in the episode.
