“There was no quarrel with anyone. This was a loud party and Travis was already out on bail for a few hundred dollars. He is at home,” said the source Us. “No further action will be taken as it was a minor incident such as getting a ticket without being injured.”
Scott, who shares daughter Stormi, 6, and son Aire, 2, with him Kylie Jennerhe was previously embroiled in legal trouble stemming from his famous Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas, in November 2021. 10 fans were killed and more than 100 were injured when the crowd at NRG Park stormed the stage.
One day after the concert, Scott broke his silence on the tragedy via X, saying, “I’m completely devastated by what happened last night. My prayers go out to the families and all those affected by what happened at the Astroworld Festival. The Houston PD has my full support as they continue to look into this tragic loss of life. “
Scott did not face criminal charges after a Texas judge declined to indict him in the June 2023 incident. However, the rapper was named in 10 wrongful-death lawsuits, all of which have been settled, the Associated Press reported in May.
